Pack Safety – Shock & Vibration Resistance
Shock and vibrations are a common concern for battery packs used in off-road and industrial applications. Therefore, robust mechanical structures and mounting features are required to ensure their safety and reliability – protecting the battery cells and other components from external impacts.
Xerotech battery packs are designed with heavy-duty metal casings, reinforced housings, shock-absorbing mounts, and corrosion-resistant materials, providing enhanced protection, and shock and vibration resistance.
The mounting features provide a durable and secure attachment to the vehicle or equipment, combatting the rigours of rough terrain and allowing the battery pack to perform safely and reliably over the long term.
